03: 1. "Read in the name of thy Lord Who created; He created man from a clot. Read and thy Lord is the most Honourable, Who taught to write with the pen, taught man what he knew not" (96 : 1-5). 2. "Allah will exalt those of you who believe and those who are given knowledge to high degrees" (58 : 11). 3. "And say, O my Lord! increase me in knowledge" (20 : 114). 4. "And whoever is given knowledge is given indeed abundant wealth" (2 : 269).
