of Dr. Nazir-ul-Islam Sahib: The Late Dr. Nazir-ul-Islam was a scholar of Arabic and German. He was the Imam of the Mosque at Berlin in 1937. He also served for several years as the Imam of the Ahmadiyya Anjuman Ishaat-i-Islam, United Kingdom, from 1975 to 1980. Towards the end of his life, he was teaching Arabic to Foreign students at the Ahmadiyya Seminary at Darus Salaam, Lahore (Pakistan). He passed away on 1st January, 1984, due to heart failure. He was buried the same evening at the Darus Salaam Ahmadiyya Cemetery, Lahore. The Janaza prayers were led by Hazrat Dr. Saeed Ahmad Khan Sahib, Head of the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement. May Allah shower His choicest blessings on the departed soul.
